The Code Enforcement Department has been transferred from the Town of Union to the Village of Johnson City, Village Hall, 60 Lester Ave, Johnson City, NY 13790
ALL BUILDING, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, SIGN & VEHICLE STORAGE PERMITS ARE NOW BEING ISSUED BY THE VILLAGE OF JOHNSON CITY. ALL CODE COMPLAINTS ARE NOW HANDLED BY THE VILLAGE OF JOHNSON CITY.
Plumbing and Electrical Permits are issued by the Village of Johnson City Code Department. Office Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 – 3:30pm. Residents can file complaints by calling (607) 797-1021 by e-mail to codeclerk@villageofjc.com or by use of our online complaint portal.
Residents may also fill out the Code Complaint form below and mail it to the Village of Johnson City Code Enforcement, 60 Lester Ave, Johnson City, NY 13790.
