Johnson City Water Department

A company known as HomeServe USA Repair Management Corp. has been mailing solicitations to customers of the Johnson City Water System offering water service repair coverage for customer water service lines. This solicitation is not part of the Johnson City Water System Meter Replacement Program and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Village of Johnson City or the Johnson City Water System in any way.

The Johnson City Water System customers are not obligated to accept this offer of repair coverage.

Be advised, however, the costs of any necessary repairs to a customer’s service line from the water shut-off to the building are the responsibility of the water customer.

Water Meter Replacement Program

The Village of Johnson City Water Department has begun a water meter replacement program. National Metering Services, Inc. of Kearny, New Jersey has been retained by the Village to replace the water meters of Johnson City Water Customers. Customers of the Johnson City Water system will receive a notification tag and/or post card requesting an appointment to replace their water meter. Water customers should call the number on the tag or card (1-888-448-0009) to schedule the appointment.
